Inspired by new challenges, Alison enjoys chances to find creative solutions and push beyond her comfort zone. Viewing each day as a learning experience, she loves to keep moving and exploring - in life and in the possibilities of design. With an eclectic background in a diversity of design practices, Alison’s experience ranges from technical drawing to material sourcing to concept actualization - earning Certified Kitchen & Bath Designer from NKBA and recognition as NKBA’s 30 under 30. As Principal Designer at Élan Design House, Alison leads with open and guiding communication, a full picture approach and a strength for coordinating all the moving parts involved in bringing a creative concept to life.
