One to be found dancing on life’s edge, Kilian loves being in the weeds - that spot in the design process while digging through the details when everything starts to sparkle. Inspired by travel, architecture and collaboration with artisans and tradespeople in creating beautiful things, she brings her sense of discovery to the process of design. With a degree in Interior Design, NCIDQ certification and a depth of experience from Miami to San Diego, Kilian’s professional background is immersed in artisanship and culture. As Principal Designer at Élan Design House, Kilian leads with creativity, thoughtfulness, a passion for nurturing relationships and a strength for making sure that people are heard.
