Stately Residence in Fairbanks Ranch

This sprawling California Ranch had gorgeous views that the clients’ wanted to showcase. We refaced the Living Room fireplace with natural stone, taupe slab surround, and a dark green mantel to provide a focal point without detracting from the view. The clients wanted the home to be warm and welcoming but have a level of sophistication for their frequent parties and family gatherings. A fresh coat of soft taupe paint with darker trim created an eye-catching backdrop for comfortable and inviting furnishings. Decorative lighting, wallpaper, and bold art pieces were layered into the design to add interest. Built-in cabinetry in the Dining Room and TV Room added style and functionality to heavily used spaces. Organic patterned linen window treatments were the final touch to soften the space and make this large open home feel like a cozy sanctuary.
