Stylish Santee Abode

This first-time home buyer loves hosting gatherings, dinners, and parties and wanted a space to accommodate family and friends comfortably. The house was originally dark and dated, with grey, brown, and travertine tones, but we transformed it using light, bright, and pops of dramatic colors. She has an extensive book collection, so we designed a custom built-in to house them neatly and accessorized with various collectibles and sentimental decor. We took what was once a formal living area and created a music lounge for playing piano, listening to records, and playing card games. The primary bathroom was designed to be fun and cherry, making it an uplifting space to get ready each morning. Now she can invite her guests over and have plenty of space to gather comfortably.
