With a background in business operations management and project coordination, Kadie is versed in collaborating with a diversity of personalities across a range of tasks and trades in the design industry. As Business Director at Élan Design House, Kadie leads with organization, pragmatism, flexibility and a strength for providing both personal and practical support at every step in the process.

One to be found dancing on life’s edge, Kilian loves being in the weeds – that spot in the design process while digging through the details when everything starts to sparkle. Inspired by travel, architecture and collaboration with artisans and tradespeople in creating beautiful things, she brings her sense of discovery to the process of design.

With a degree in Interior Design, NCIDQ certification and a depth of experience from Miami to San Diego, Kilian’s professional background is immersed in artisanship and culture. As Principal Designer at Élan Design House, Kilian leads with creativity, thoughtfulness, a passion for nurturing relationships and a strength for making sure that people are heard.

Inspired by new challenges, Alison enjoys chances to find creative solutions and push beyond her comfort zone. Viewing each day as a learning experience, she loves to keep moving and exploring – in life and in the possibilities of design.

With an eclectic background in a diversity of design practices, Alison’s experience ranges from technical drawing to material sourcing to concept actualization – earning Certified Kitchen & Bath Designer from NKBA and recognition as NKBA’s 30 under 30. As Principal Designer at Élan Design House, Alison leads with open and guiding communication, a full picture approach and a strength for coordinating all the moving parts involved in bringing a creative concept to life.

With a steady hand and a sharp eye, Victoria brings curiosity, care, and precision to every corner of the design process. A San Diego State University graduate with a degree in Interior Architecture, she pairs technical skill with a thoughtful appreciation for how well-designed spaces shape how we live.

Whether managing the details behind the scenes or collaborating closely with the team to bring a vision to life, Victoria leads with intention, adaptability, and a love of learning. She asks insightful questions, catches the details others miss, and elevates everything around her.
