Handsome Living in Encinitas
We worked with Tourmaline Builders to turn a tiny house in Encinitas into a generous 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath estate suitable for multi-generational living. The foyer showcases gorgeous angular architecture, leading to an open floor plan for the main living spaces with indoor/outdoor capabilities on two large walls. We played with light and dark finishes and linear elements to bring drama to this spacious home with abundant natural light.
